Information we collect
The enquiry form collects your name, email address, company, industry, message, consent, and submission time. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information.
Why and where it is used
We use your details to respond to your enquiry and discuss our services. Submissions are saved on our hosted server and emailed to support@crewforward.si through Namecheap Private Email. Failed notifications are retried. Our hosting provider and Namecheap process information to deliver these services, potentially outside your country.
Technical information
The server processes IP addresses and request information for delivery, abuse prevention and operational logs. We do not currently use advertising trackers or analytics cookies, enrol enquiries in campaigns, or send them to an external CRM.
Access and retention
Access is limited to those handling enquiries and operating the service. We retain enquiry records and email correspondence as needed to respond and manage the resulting business relationship, or meet applicable obligations. Database records, backups and email copies may be stored separately.

To request access, correction or deletion of your information, or ask about privacy, email support@crewforward.si. We will review your request and any retention obligations that apply.
